2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Flowers that have been used, altered, or not properly cared for.
  • Orders where the wrong delivery address was provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, courier issues beyond our control).
  • Change of mind after placing an order.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • If your order is already in preparation or out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.
