1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
- If you need delivery to a remote or hard-to-reach area, please contact our support team before placing an order.
2. Processing Time
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before the cutoff time.
- Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed for next-day delivery.
- Custom floral arrangements may require additional processing time, and customers will be notified of the estimated delivery schedule.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: Typically delivered within 24 hours from order confirmation.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time).
- Scheduled Delivery: Customers can choose a preferred delivery date at checkout.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, traffic delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Delivery Fees
- Standard Delivery: Free for orders over £50.
- Same-Day Delivery: A small additional fee applies, depending on the location.
- Express Delivery: For urgent deliveries, expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
5. Delivery Guidelines
- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
- If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the flowers may be:
- Left with a neighbor or building concierge.
- Placed in a safe location at the recipient’s address.
- Returned to our store, with re-delivery subject to additional fees.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. ECOTOPIS is not liable for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Order Tracking
- Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order is dispatched.

7. Damaged or Missing Orders
- If flowers arrive damaged or the order is incorrect, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
- Missing orders due to courier errors will be investigated, and appropriate action will be taken.
8. Cancellations and Modifications
- Order modifications or cancellations can be requested within 2 hours of placing an order.
- If an order is already prepared or out for delivery, modifications or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
